Lodging Information

Please take note of the following important information about room arrangements for the conference:

Rooms will be reserved and paid for by the Conference at the Hershey Lodge for residents for April 28th and 29th ONLY. Residents will be required to provide a credit card at check in for incidental expenses. Please indicate when registering if you do NOT require a room to be reserved for you at the Hershey Lodge. All residents are encouraged to stay for the ENTIRE length of the conference.

If residents wish to stay for additional evenings, they are responsible for making their own reservations by contacting the Hershey Lodge directly (not on-line). Rooms are available for conference participants at a discounted rate of $175/night for 3 days before and 3 days after the Conference.

Roommates

Please note that for a room to be paid for by the Conference, all residents are required to have a roommate. If you do not choose a roommate, one will be chosen for you. Double occupancy is preferred; however, if you wish, you may select 2 roommates. Residents should select their roommate(s) from the drop-down of resident registrants only.
