We are offering three levels of support: 

General Information

Exhibit tables will be set up during the entire conference this year. The vendor displays are located in “confection lobby”, which is near the learning program but not within the rooms where the learning occurs.  The displays do not need to be displayed during the learning program; they are intended to be displayed during the break-time and are therefore technically separate from the learning program and attendees (during the learning aspects of the program).

The complimentary registrations for the company representatives include attendance for all of the meeting presentations and meals functions including the evening reception on Monday.. These opportunities for networking with Residents and Preceptors over a meal offer you a great opportunity to build relationships with our current and future pharmacy leaders.

Exhibits are tabletop. Included with each exhibit is a 6 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, sign and wastebasket.

Electricity and Audio-Visual

Electricity for your exhibit table may be purchased for an additional $45 with your conference sponsorship registration.  If you require any A/V, please contact PSAV (Chuck Budzina, Sales Manager- PSAV office: 717-534-8661.)

Exhibitor Setup and Breakdown

Exhibits may be setup as early as Sunday, May 6th at 11 AM and broke down as last as Wednesday, May 9th at 12 noon.  Note: many exhibitors only plan on being present Monday and Tuesday.

Overnight Rooms

Overnight rooms are available for $194 a night + tax (single or double.)  Make your reservation by calling 1-800-HERSHEY (1-800-437-7439) and say you are with the Eastern States Residency Conference.  Rooms must be booked before May 5, 2018.  Check in time: 4:00 PM.  Check out time: 11:00 AM.
